We have been exceptionally pleased from the moment we moved into 1421 Grove Avenue . From the gorgeous, old world architectural touches, the impeccable maintenance of the hard wood floors and freshly painted walls, to the approachable, warm demeanor and respectful relationship we have developed with Bill. He is truly a professional with a heart for his properties and his tenants.

I chose to live at 3001 W Grace St. because the location is within walking distance of the lively fan scene, yet far enough away to allow me to get a good night’s sleep. I’ve not only enjoyed the location, but also the spacious living space that includes a spectacular view of the Richmond Braves’ fireworks show from the balcony.

Living at 3001 W. Grace street has been a wonderful experience. I love the hardwood floors throughout the apartment, and the balcony is a perfect resting spot on a Saturday afternoon.
